This pot arrived badly packed and rattling around in the box. Opened it to find that the handle had snapped off during shipment. When I looked at the point where the handle had been attached there was just the smallest dot of what was a welded joint still visible. I probably just got a bad one but for a pot that has some heft to it (and could be full of hot coffee) it doesn't seem like a safe design to begin with. I'm glad it broke in the box and not in use. Whatever site sold it to me through Amazon gave me an instant refund :-).

The design of this charming Bialetti espresso maker is sleek and sculptural. It is truly a piece of art work. The flavour of espresso made by this is as tasteful as its design. Humidity in Northwest Coast, does not really allow the smell and taste of coffee to be revealed, regardless of high quality of selected coffee beans! However, Bialetti is taking care of this problem, providing a flavour and aroma which takes you back to Italy in your fantasy!

There is one more secret to say about making your favourable espresso. In my opinion, using a smaller size of Bialetti like this one is a better choice for making an espresso which you would like to taste.
